We had several people that suspected that two employees had stolen books from our collection, including these two important association titles.

Full Description and Details of the Incident

We believe a former employee(s) stole the books. We don't know if they've been sold or their where abouts. It happened over several years 2000-2010 and when the Mises Institute realized what happened, they were gone along with the books. 1st edition of Ludwig von Mises’s Theorie des Geldes und der Umlaufsmittel, 1912. (Theory of Money and Credit). as well as Murray Rothbard’s autographed 1st edition of Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged. Both, association copies.
